| Staff Nurse |
- Candidates must have passed Matriculation (10th) or an equivalent examination.
- They should hold a certificate of nurse training from a recognized or approved hospital and must be registered as a fully trained nurse with experience in medical, surgical nursing, and midwifery.
- Desirable Qualification: Knowledge of Hindi or the local language is desirable.

| Chargeman (Naval Aviation) |
- Candidates should have held the rank of Petty Officer or an equivalent rank with at least 7 years of service or experience in the relevant technical branch of the Army, Navy, or Air Force.
- Alternatively, candidates may hold a diploma in Aeronautical, Electrical, Mechanical, Telecommunication, or Automobile Engineering.
- Candidates who have passed Matriculation with an approved apprenticeship and have 5 years of experience in the relevant trade are also eligible.

- A Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognised institute,
- Be registered as a Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act, 1948,
- And have 2 years’ experience as a Pharmacist in any recognised hospital or pharmacy after registration,
- And have working knowledge of computers.
- Desirable: Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), registration under the Pharmacy Act, and computer knowledge will be preferred.

- Candidates should have a Degree in Science with Physics, Chemistry, or Mathematics from a recognised university, with basic computer knowledge on database management, and 1 year’s experience in stores work in a Government Department, Public Sector Undertaking, or reputed firm

- 10+2 in Science or Commerce with 5 years’ experience in stores work in a Government Department, Public Sector Undertaking, or reputed workshop.

| Fire Engine Driver |
- Candidates should have 12th class pass from a recognised board,
and must possess a Heavy Motor Vehicle license from a recognised authority.
- They must be physically fit with:
- Height without shoes: 165 cm (2.5 cm concession for Scheduled Tribes)
- Chest: 81.5 cm (normal), 85 cm (on expansion)
- Minimum weight: 50 kg
- Eye sight: 6/6 without correction
- Endurance test includes:
- Carrying a person weighing 63.5 kg for 183 meters within 96 seconds
- Clearing a 2.7-meter-wide ditch landing on both feet
- Climbing a 3-meter vertical rope using hands and feet

- Candidates should have 12th class pass from a recognised board,
and have completed Elementary, Basic, or Auxiliary Fire Fighting course from a recognised institute.
- Desirable: Possession of a Heavy Motor Vehicle license.
- Physical standards: Candidates must be physically fit and able to perform strenuous duties:
- Height without shoes: 165 cm (2.5 cm concession for Scheduled Tribes)
- Chest: 81 cm (normal), 85 cm (on expansion)
- Minimum weight: 50 kg
- Eye sight: 6/6 (normal vision)
- Endurance test:
- Carry a person (63.5 kg) for 183 meters within 96 seconds
- Clear a 2.7-meter-wide ditch landing on both feet
- Climb a 3-meter vertical rope using hands and feet
- Disqualification: Candidates with glasses, squint eyes, colour blindness, flat feet, knock-knee, limb deformities, or extra limbs.
- Note: Selected candidates must undergo 2 months of pre-service training at Dockyard Fire Service and pass the prescribed test.

| Civilian Motor Driver Ordinary Grade |
- Candidates should have Matriculation from a recognised board or institution and knowledge of first-line maintenance,
and must possess a driving license for Heavy Vehicles and Motorcycles,
and have 1 year practical experience in Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) driving.
|
| Tradesman Mate |
- Candidates should have 10th standard pass from a recognised board or institution,
and a certificate in the relevant trade from a recognised Industrial Training Institute (ITI).
- The list of eligible ITI trades is given in Annexure-I.

| Pest Control Worker |
- Candidates should have Matriculation or equivalent from a recognised board,
and must have knowledge of Hindi or the regional language.
|
| Bhandari |
- Candidates should have 10th pass from a recognised institute or board,
and have knowledge of swimming,
and 1 year experience as a Cook.
|
| Lady Health Visitor |
- Candidates should have Matriculation,
and should have special training after the basic Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery (ANM) course,
unless they have completed a course specifically strengthened in family planning and overall family health.

or have passed from an Industrial Training Institute (ITI).
