• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with minimum 50% marks (pass class for SC/ST/PWBD/Ex-Servicemen) from a recognized Indian university or institution.
• Basic knowledge of word processing on a PC.

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in English/Hindi medium with Hindi and English as compulsory/elective subjects, OR Bachelor’s degree with Hindi and English as main subjects, with minimum 50% marks (pass class for SC/ST/PWBD/Ex-Servicemen).
• Candidate must be able to translate between English and Hindi.
• Basic knowledge of word processing on a PC.
